My First “Flight Angel” Trip Is In the Books

Goodbye tacos, hello tail wags: I wrapped up my Mexico chapter by helping two animals get to their forever homes. Here’s how it went.

I said so long to Mexico this past weekend — for now, at least. After one last flurry of packing, planning, and figuring out how to make everything fit (both physically and emotionally), I took on something completely new on my way out: my first experience as a Flight Angel!

I’ll share more about that in a minute, just for full subscribers. As a woman who often travels solo, there are parts of this life I prefer to share inside our trusted little circle.

Next up: bonjour, Normandy! I’m heading to Château Coliving again in February for the final Writers’ Haven residency — as in, this is the last time it’ll ever be held in that magical castle. 😭

If you’ve ever dreamed of writing in a French château with a supportive creative crew, guided by an experienced publishing consultant, now’s your chance. Use code WRITERSFRIENDS to save €200 and come hang out with me next month.
