This was a fascinating read for me and obviously made me realize how naive I am about our zoning policies. I never expected this would be so difficult to build. I guess I assumed that as long as it meant the size requirements and setbacks, how many people who live in a home and how many kitchens or living rooms is not relevent. I guess I was quite wrong.
