Well put, Miranda! This is something most people don't consider/talk about but it's so vital! Over the years I've noticed I'm often the person who's asking "where's this person? I haven't seen them for a while" in my transient communities. Sometimes it borders on the intrusive :p but I found it to be very helpful most times. During COVID, a group of us actually created a shared document with next of kin and insurance details, which is also a great way to help, in case of emergencies.
